Need Hosting?

I am now going to allow just a few people to host with me. It is shared hosting, as I resell hosting (though I have no site selling hosting, nor until yesterday did I sell any hosting as I did not want to mess with hosting).
Now the hosting is simple and only one plan. And the cost is a yearly cost, not monthly.
Storage is 500MB and monthly bandwidth is 5GB. Which is more than enough for just about every site there is.
No adult, proxy, torrent, or other illegal sites will be allowed. Plus sites that are cpu intensive or otherwise will cause my hosting problems. In that light, I will check any sites that I do host.
